Daily · West PostAUSTIN, Texas — Cascade Realty Partners today announced it has broken ground on Brightwater Commons, a 220-home build-to-rent community in southeast Austin designed for families who want single-family living without a down payment.
The community will feature two- to four-bedroom homes, a shared clubhouse, and on-site management. First move-ins are expected in late 2027.
“Demand for professionally managed single-family rentals continues to outpace supply in fast-growing metros like Austin,” said Denise Park, managing partner at Cascade Realty.
